ALL of our Laptop computers come with a 1 to 3 year parts warranty and all Desktop computers we sell come with a 2 year parts warranty. Many stores only give out partial manufacturer warranties, Unlike those stores, we don’t ship out your computer in the case of a defective part, everything is done at the store by our technicians so you have a very quick turn around time.

If you are thinking of getting an upgrade  instead of getting a new PC, simply drop off your Desktop & Laptop at the store and we’ll see what we could possibly do for you. We’ll give you a quote for the best options to get your PC up to current times.

If you have already purchased one of our computers, you’ve received a free Lifetime Labour warranty. This means you don’t have to pay for any installation or diagnostic fees. Just pay for the parts you want and we’ll do the rest for free.

Our highly skilled technicians are able to resolve your Virus issues with a quickest turn around time! We’ll also make sure that you are fully protected with the latest Anti-virus program and definitions.

In most cases we’re able to remove infections without having to do a full reformat of the computer. In the event that we are forced to do a full reformat, we make sure to call you first and do a full backup of your data before anything gets deleted. We’ll also reinstall any applications you had before if you bring in your software disks to have you up and running as soon as possible.

Drop your computer off and we’ll run a diagnostic to find out whatever issues you may have. After we complete the diagnostic we’ll give you a call usually the same or next business day and let you know the full results  and total cost of the repair before we do anything. If you have a computer that you purchased from us, you recieved a Lifetime Labour warranty and we wont even charge you for a diagnostic.

If you have a dead computer with important data on it, or you just want data transfered from one computer to another, simply bring in the computer and we will transfer/backup your data to your secondary location. If we are unable to retrieve any data off  your hard drive we will not charge you anything!

Our Remote Assistance service is for home and business which includes Diagnostics as well as Computer cleanup and virus/malware removal. In the event you require one of these services for your computer, give us a call and let us know. We’ll make arrangements with you to connect Remotely to your computer and diagnose the issue for you.
